Why Titan 5016
Titan 5016 is a containerized lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery storage system rated at 5.016 MWh, with a 0.5C rate that allows full discharge in 2 hours. It integrates EMS, BMS, temperature control and fire protection in a standardized 20 ft container, and multiple units can be paralleled for projects of 10 MWh and above. It is aimed at high-load sites such as industrial parks and data centers, and at energy arbitrage, peak shaving and microgrid applications.
Large-scale capacity
5 MWh-class capacity with 100% discharge in 2 hours, sized for high-load sites such as industrial parks and data centers. Supports capacity management and demand control to reduce electricity costs.
Plug-and-play deployment
A standardized 20 ft container with integrated EMS, BMS, temperature control and fire protection; on-site installation and commissioning take 7 days. Multiple units can run in parallel for projects of 10 MWh and above.
Safety and long life
LFP cells rated for 8,000 cycles. A three-level fire protection system and compliance with the IEC 62619 safety standard.
Features
Efficient energy management
Charge and discharge efficiency of 95% or higher, with four-quadrant operation and seamless switching between charging and discharging. Scheduling strategies coordinate with solar PV, wind and diesel generators.
Grid services and compliance
Can provide ancillary services such as frequency regulation (PFC), demand response and reserve capacity. Compliant with IEC 62619 and GB/T 36276.
Remote monitoring
AI-based predictive maintenance monitors battery health in real time, with fault warning accuracy above 99%. A cloud management platform gives access to operating data from mobile devices or PC.
