Overview

Why Pivot

Pivot is a DC-side lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery storage system built from segmented stainless steel cabins that are lifted, transported and installed individually. One to five cabins can be combined, from 836 kWh and 200 kW up to 4,179.968 kWh and 1,000 kW, with liquid cooling, aerosol fire suppression and a C5 corrosion-resistant enclosure. The segmented design suits industrial, commercial and residential-complex sites where terrain or space limits a conventional container.

Modular, flexible configuration

The minimum unit capacity is 418 kWh and the system expands on demand to 4.18 MWh. The segmented stainless steel structure is easy to lift and transport, so it can be installed where terrain or space rules out a conventional container.

Stainless steel protection

The enclosure is SUS304 stainless steel with C5 corrosion resistance, suited to high-humidity and high-salt-spray sites. IP54 protection, with built-in lightning protection, fire protection and UPS backup power.

Liquid cooling

A liquid cooling unit holds the cells within their optimal temperature range to extend service life. The three-level coolant piping uses quick-connect, leak-proof fittings for easy maintenance.

Three-level BMS

An ESBMM, ESBCM and ESMU three-level architecture monitors and balances the system from cell to system level. Active balancing improves cell consistency, extends overall life and increases usable capacity.

Features

Intelligent energy management

Coordinates with solar PV, wind and diesel generation for optimized microgrid dispatch. Four-quadrant operation with no delay when switching between charge and discharge.

Grid services and compliance

Can provide ancillary services such as demand response, frequency regulation and reserve capacity. Compliant with GB/T 36276 and IEC 62619.

Remote operation and maintenance

Remote management from a mobile app or PC shows operating data, battery statistics and revenue reports. A built-in predictive maintenance system supports servicing.
